Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Larger parcels may require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, the post service within your country should issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre. A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
